Services requiring payment will have terms clearly outlined in your service agreement or invoice. You agree to provide accurate billing information when purchasing services.
Payment terms, including due dates and accepted payment methods, will be specified in your service agreement. All payments are due as outlined in your specific agreement.
Project timelines, deliverables, and specifications will be detailed in your service agreement. We commit to delivering services according to the agreed-upon terms.

Lumix Design's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
